Who We Are Looking For

In the Account Manager role, the manager is responsible for helping clients achieve production quota and other strategic account objectives.  The Account Manager represents the entire range of company products/services to assigned clients, while leading the client account planning cycle and ensuring assigned clients’ needs and expectations are met by Docutech.

  

How You Can Help Us Grow

  • Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned client accounts.
  • Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and clients’ expectations.
  • Meets assigned targets for profitable production volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
  • Proactively leads a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates client needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Leads solution development efforts that best address client needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
  • Troubleshoot a wide range of client scenarios with Loan Origination Software, Closing Application Reviews, and other Loan Documents, etc.
  • Works closely with the Client Support team to ensure client satisfaction and problem resolution.
  • Follows company policies and procedures to ensure the integrity of DocuTech’s products.
  • Enlists the support of sales, implementation resources, integration resources, product resources, and other management resources as needed.

 

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or technology
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong understanding of Mortgage Loan Programs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and deliver high quality results
  • +3 years of professional BA experience within mortgage or technology related industry
